Usually the first Soldier to drop is the White and Navy colorway. It was the case with the first and the second generation. However, this year Nike went âold-schoolâ and the initial version is the Black/White/Red combo, which is slated for 4/17. As always keep your eyes peeled as they are starting to pop up early (for example at Vault in Harlem, NYC). Both Mens and Kids will be available soon at Nike retailers. Thereâs one interesting difference between them. Mensâ version have the midfoot straps directed inwards while in the case of the Grade School model they reach to the outside. Fortunately, after the first batch of 20-5-5âs, which had some problems with the straps, Nike has improved on that matter significantly and they are much better now.2009 NBA Playoffs have given us quite a few pleasant memories.
