Whats the difference between 14k gold and 585 ?

I am going to pop the question to my girlfriend of 5 years , and looking to buy a cheap but quality 14k ring Cubic Zirconia ring . Some online retailers are selling the ring that I like but it is Stamped with 585 . What is the difference can someone please tell me ? 24 k Gold is 100% pure
18K Gold is 75% Pure
14k Gold is 58.5% Pure and
10K Gold is 41.6% Pure
